How I help.
I use both cognitive therapies (CBT, ACT) and therapies that get at our subconscious (EMDR, somatic work) to help you envision and understand how life can be different.
We will work together to understand what parts are in your control and what parts are not, why stopping or starting certain behaviors might be so hard to do and give you tools and the language to set boundaries to both create and protect your peace.
